The Jezabels headline a bill packed with talent, with acts including Albert Hammond Jr., Art Vs Science, Harts, Nina Las Vegas and Green Buzzard. There will also be a bunch of other entertainment options, including silent discos, markets, live art and installations.
Mountain Sounds is a festival with a difference, priding itself on being an environmentally sustainable event. The event organisers grew up locally, and are primarily concerned with preventing any negative environmental impact the festival might have on the area.
It all goes down on February 20, 2016 in the picturesque Mount Penang Parklands, where punters have the option of camping on Friday and Saturday night. A testament to the festival’s popularity, earlybird tickets have already sold out, so you’ll need to get in quick if you want to be part of the festival.
