Byron Bay’s Bluesfest, internationally renowned as Australia’s best contemporary Blues and Roots festival, have announced the finishing touches to their already mammoth lineup. Joining the likes of The National, City And Colour, UB40 and The Cat Empire will be The Mick Fleetwood Blues Band, fronted by the legendary Mick Fleetwood himself. They’ll be treating punters to renditions of some classic blues tracks, as well as playing all of those brilliant Fleetwood Mac songs you probably know too well including ‘Go Your Own Way’, ‘Songbird’ and ‘Don’t Stop’.

Other recent additions to the superb lineup include California’s Eagles Of Death Metal, the Playing For Change band, Australia’s 70’s outfit Chain, Backsliders, Digging Roots, Frazey Ford, Irish Mythen, Eugene Hideaway Bridges, Marshall Okell, Sahara Beck and Emma Donovan and the Putbacks.

Tickets are on sale now, but they’re selling out quickly! Pick ‘em up through the event’s official website.

Bluesfest 2016 will take place over the Easter weekend, March 24 – March 28.
