Lurch & Chief have returned in 2015 bigger and better than ever. With their sophomore EP Breathe set to be released later this month (their first through Illusive), the Melbourne six-piece sees a slight change in style. Breathe is a little darker, a little more seasoned, and a massive stride into carving Lurch & Chief’s unique sound.
The EP was produced by the legendary Lindsay Gravina (Roland S Howard, Magic Dirt, Violent Soho) and continues a long-term collaboration with Gravina, expanding their dynamic sound into a darker, swirl psych soundscape.
