Barnesy is set to bring his new album, the wonderfully titled My Criminal Record, to 15 different towns and cities around Australia between September and November this year. Written in part with former Cold Chisel bandmate Don Walker, My Criminal Record aims to celebrate the rock ‘n roll of regional Australia, with Barnsey penning topical tropes about very Australian issues such as the closure of the Holden factory in his hometown of Elizabeth.
If the prospect of Jimmy Barnes alone isn’t enough for you, the seminal rocker is set to be joined on various dates by Jet and Eskimo Joe, with Troy Cassar-Daley even popping into the mix for a cheeky gig in Tullamore.
