Since the release of his 2007 mixtape Act 1: Eternal Sunshine (The Pledge) which was built on samples pulled from Jon Brion’s film Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Jay Electronica has earned a reputation as one of the most progressive figures in contemporary hip hop.
While the world is still waiting with baited breath for Jay Electronica’s debut album, the artist who is now signed to Jay Z’s premiere label Roc Nation, has leant his voice to some of Hip Hop’s biggest names including Common and Curren$y.
