Citing health reasons, the electronic music artist took to his Facebook page to inform fans, as he was scheduled to close the Paddock main stage tonight at 11.10pm.
“I hate to have to do this, but due to health reasons I’ve been forced to cancel my performance at the festival tonight. I’m gutted. I will do my very best to come back to Tasmania to play for as many of you as soon as I can. I’m so sorry. Thank you for your understanding,” wrote the Melbourne based musician.
The festival were quick to respond, announcing almost immediately that the Gold Coast producer Paces would instead be filling the lineup spot. Paces has himself been enjoying no small amount of success over the last year, with appearances at Splendour in the Grass, Southbound and Field Day. Check out his latest single ‘Savage’ below.
Party in the Paddock is on from Friday February 10 and Saturday February 11 in White Hills, Tasmania. For more information head to partyinthepaddockfestival.com.au.
