The US outfit, who have long been considered as one of the genre’s finest, are set to treat Australian crowds to a series of exclusive shows this February. The five-piece will tear through intimate venues in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney with a set covering their immersive 20-year back catalogue, perfect for those punters looking to hit the pit and sweat it out amidst all the action.
The shows will also see Between The Buried And Me performing two sets each night, with bassist Dan Briggs elaborating on the concept in a statement released today – “The ‘evening with’ set is a curation of almost 20 years of music with the specific intent on realising what it all means in 2019 – how did we arrive here and where do we go?
“Sometimes the process of realisation comes from breathing new life into old material. Over the two sets of music, there’s a four-part arc that will play out in the form of one cohesive night of music spanning 2002-2019.”
