Building on existing stereo bars, the FlexBar allows the user to place two microphones on a single stand, with added flexibility. The arms of the FlexBar are independently moveable, lockable, as well as featuring engraved gradient markers at 1cm intervals for recall-ability and accurate set-up. The FlexBar is made from aerospace-grade aluminium, and is compatible with Triad Orbit and their modular microphone stand range. John Jennings, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Royer Labs said of the collaboration:

“Rick Perrotta (President of Royer Labs) and Triad Orbit put their heads together on this unique mic mount system and it turned out to be even more versatile than we had originally planned. There’s a lot of functionality and versatility in the FlexBar, going well beyond traditional stereo bar setups, and we think audio engineers will find it indispensable once they’ve set one up.”

The FlexBar allows you to mic sources like a singer and acoustic guitar, or the top and bottom of a snare with a single mic stand. Modular accessories from Triad Orbit can make the FlexBar even more versatile and flexible.
