The Reverend JW-1 Jenn Wasner Signature Model was designed by April Camlin for Wasner herself, who has been using Reverend guitars for years, and is based on an outfit she had previously designed for the Wye Oak frontwoman.
The design was readapted for the guitar by Camlin, and then Reverend designer Joe Naylor made it fit in with a Charger HB-style guitar, the model which first introduced Wasner to Reverend guitars.
The guitar itself features a pair of Classic H humbuckers, a maple neck, a Korina body featuring Camlin’s ‘Optic Interruption’ design, locking tuners, Reverend’s Bass Contour Control and a dual-action truss rod.
