Maximise On Stage Efficiency With The Tonebone BigShot

The Radial BigShot i/o is an easy to use instrument selector that lets you quickly transition between any two instruments and send the output signal to your amp. Because the i/o is 100% true-bypass, it addresses the needs of the most demanding purist.

To enhance functionality, input-B is equipped with a volume control that lets you reduce the input sensitivity of the louder instrument so that the two instrument output levels match. Simply connect the louder of your two instruments to input-B and set the level to suit. When passive instruments are used, a unique 3-position ‘bright switch’ lets you compensate for high frequency loss.

The pedal is also fully equipped with a separate tuner output. The simple foot stomp system doesn’t require any power to work so if you forget your power supply, don’t worry because the audio will pass with out LED indicators.

Mike Bauer, of Radial Engineering Ltd. recently stated, “Today, playing on stage is all about efficiency and maximizing performance. No one wants to compromise. If you are a bass player, you want to select between your active and passive basses quickly without having to adjust the volume on your amp after the changeover. The same applies to acoustic guitar, electric guitar or any other instrument. The changeover must happen fluidly. More importantly, if you change the output level from the instrument going to the amp, you invariably change the levels going to the PA and monitors. This means that the audio engineers must scramble to follow suit in order to maintain a proper balance.”
