German audio specialist Neumann has announced five new DSP-powered subwoofers to expand its popular KH monitor line. The new models include the KH 805 II, KH 810 II, and KH 870 II, plus two Audio-over-IP versions: KH 810 II AES67 and KH 870 II AES67. DSP-powered, these models deliver professional bass management for audio production.

The new subwoofers are designed to handle everything from stereo to immersive audio setups, with low-frequency response extending down to 16 Hz. All feature advanced DSP processing and can integrate with Neumann’s MA 1 Automatic Monitor Alignment system for precise room optimisation.
KH 805 II offers double the output of its predecessor, the KH 750 DSP, making it ideal for stereo monitoring with KH 120 II, KH 150, or KH 310 monitors.
KH 810 II adds multichannel bass management for up to 7.1.4 systems, supporting up to eleven studio monitors for immersive audio production.
KH 870 II delivers twice the power of the KH 810 II while maintaining the same multichannel capabilities, designed for large rooms and high-demand applications.
The AES67 versions support 12 input channels and comply with modern broadcast standards including ST 2110, RAVENNA, NMOS, and DANTE protocols.
Compatibility and integration
All new subwoofers work with both analog and DSP-controlled KH monitors, making them suitable for upgrading existing stereo systems or expanding to immersive monitoring setups. The models are designed for use across music production, post-production, broadcast, mixing, and mastering applications.
