With piercing rap verses and intricate electronica, Milwaukee Banks have tapped into a sonic space that is unique and refreshing. This is highlighted by their new single ‘Faded’, a track that Thomas describes as, “A dark insight into over drinking and it taking you to a place somewhere between euphoria and depression.”
The clip for ‘Faded’ was made in collaboration with local photographer and cinematographer Andrew Diprose, and takes head on notions of isolation and depression. Quickly becoming the kings of remixes and collaborations, this new mixtape is yet another taster for their first album.
