The Play It Loud: Instruments Of Rock And Roll exhibition is also set to feature Page’s own Danelectro 3021 – known to most as his ‘Kashmir’ guitar – as well as a number of Marshall amps played by the British rock icon with Led Zeppelin throughout the ’70s, one of which features Page’s disctinctive Zozo symbol.
Other unique pieces of rock memorabilia hitting the exhibit include Eric Clapton’s iconic ‘Blackie’ Fender Stratocaster, Eddie Van Halen’s ‘Frankenstrat’ and the Jerry Garcia custom-built ‘Wolf’ guitar. Keith Emerson’s Moog synthesiser and Hammond organ are also to be included in the display, as is Keith Moon’s ‘Pictures of Lily’ drum kit.
