This year’s run sees exclusive pressings of Wu-Tang savant Ol’ Dirty Bastard’s Return To The 36 Chambers, as well as new versions of Freddie Gibbs and Madlib’s Pinata and Bandana, Denzel Curry’s excellent Like A Version cover of ‘Bulls On Parade’, a 50th anniversary reissue of Paul McCarney’s solo LP McCartney, a new live EP from Brittany Howard and My Chemical Romance’s Life On The Murder Scene live album. There’s also a nine LP Biggie Smalls boxset, a five disc Phillip Glass set, a treasure trove of demos from Mac DeMarco’s Here Comes The Cowboy and a compilation of Miles Davis recordings from the months leading up to Bitches Brew.
Elsewhere, the collection includes Wilcovered, an album full of Wilco covers from the likes of Courtney Barnett, Kurt Vile, Parquet Courts and more, as well as first-time pressings of Tyler, The Creator’s 2015 LP Cherry Bomb (and its instrumental counterpart), Robyn’s 2005 self titled effort, Chief Keef’s Back From The Dead 2 (odd, but we’re into it) and the debut vinyl pressing of Charli XCX’s Vroom Vroom EP.
