Industry stalwarts and master synth producers Korg have announced a limited release of the highly coveted ARP 2600 FS synth reissue, which will be available exclusively through the Korg USA Reverb Direct Shop.

Currently priced at $4,499.99 and handcrafted in Japan, this rare release will finally allow synthesizer aficionados to own Korg’s faithful replica of the iconic 1970s synth. The synthesizer is also equipped with modern innovations – including USB and DIN-style MIDI connections and XLR audio outputs – all while retaining the unique je ne sais quoi of the original model.
This reissue of the synth also features an improved ARP 3620 Duophonic Keyboard, with the addition of an arpeggiator and sequencer which boost the unit’s versatility. This combination of new features will ensure that the ARP 2600 FS remains strikingly faithful to the original’s classic analog sound, as well as being applicable to a wide variety of contemporary music and audio settings.
