“I have noticed in recent years that I am fortunate enough to be in a position where junior people have reached out to me asking for advice and the more common this became, the more I saw the same themes and questions arise. So I decided to make this podcast. Self-development is a huge part of my life outside of the studio and I have seen the benefits it has had on my life and professional career too. My intention for this show is to build a supportive and aspiring community to help encourage everyone to work towards their dream career and life. To empower creatives to find their voice”
