Previously company President, Brian had been responsible for leading a phase of significant growth for the company, according to Brian’s father and outgoing CEO Sterling Ball. He follows in the footsteps of his father and Grandfather, the eponymous Ernie, in what is three generations of Balls in charge of the family company.
