An advanced MIDI keyboard that integrates with any Digital audio workstation, works seamlessly with Arturia Software and offers responsive input for your entire setup, the Keylab mk3 features include a new high-quality synth-action feel keybed, best-in-class integration with DAWs and Arturia software instruments, luxurious build quality, including and beech wood and a brand new full-colour screen, extensive controls, a fully-featured controller and a world of iconic sounds.
Featuring perfect integration with Analog Lab & V Collection and deeper integration with Arturia Software, the KeyLab offers unmatched control and flexibility. Providing optimal integration with DAWs, seamless integration with Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, Cubase and Bitwig Studio with dedicated MIDI mappings plus MCU & HUI, this new keyboard is an incredibly powerful tool.
The enhanced keybed is durable and has velocity-sensitive hybrid-feel keys tweaked for optimal accuracy and expressivity, with the goal of capturing every nuance of a performance. The KeyLab mk3 includes touch sensitive parameters consisting of nine touch-sensitive 360° potentiometers and faders and twelve velocity and pressure-sensitive pads with four banks. Featuring smart navigation, the KeyLab also includes a full colour 3.5″ 480x320px screen with 8 contextual buttons for intuitive control and feedback.
Advanced creative features of the KeyLab mk3 include a scale mode that automatically adjusts notes to a selected scale, an arpeggiator that includes extensive randomness features for unique patterns and Chord Play, which allows fixed chords or chord progressions with smart voicing. Fully customisable, KeyLab users will be able to create a custom MIDI message, pad colour and velocity curves to have full control of their hardware & software.
The KeyLab mk3 will come with a free, all encompassing software bundle to kick-start the user’s creative journey with pro software included. Designed to make it easy to find new sounds, thanks to a new colour screen, browsing through presets, filtering by type, instruments and genre has never been easier. Controlling a DAW from the KeyLab mk3 will also be a breeze, users will be able to browse and arm tracks, launch clips and scenes, navigate the
timeline and control devices with ease. The KeyLab mk3 controller will also adapt its behaviour depending on whether its controlling a DAW or any Arturia plugins
Another cool new sonic feature is the ability to cumulate chords, scales and arpeggios. Using only one finger, users will be able to play chords that will be held, quantised to a scale and then arpeggiated. Creating a ‘multi’ in Analog Lab V will also be possible with this new tool, meaning users will be able to create a split point or layer the sounds, controlling them individually or altogether.
The brand new KeyLab Mk3 is now available in both 49-key and 61-key versions.
