SoundSwitch, the beat-synced lighting solution for DJs, today announced version 2.11, now available. With this release, SoundSwitch supports more DJ platforms than ever before, adding official rekordbox integration and AlphaTheta/Pioneer DJ workflows alongside its existing support for Engine DJ, Serato DJ Pro, and VirtualDJ. The expanded compatibility opens automated lighting solutions to a new segment of DJs empowering them with a simplified workflow and greater creative control. Reinforcing SoundSwitch’s position as a universal lighting platform, DJs can perform regardless of the software or hardware they use.

SoundSwitch 2.11 marks the software’s broadest platform expansion to date. In addition to its existing integrations with Engine DJ, Serato DJ Pro, and VirtualDJ, the update now natively supports:
- rekordbox for Mac/Windows
- Compatible AlphaTheta/Pioneer DJ hardware, via support for PRO DJ LINK Bridge
SoundSwitch 2.11 gives DJs in rekordbox the ability to autoscript tracks by analyzing their rekordbox library and build a unique light show for every song automatically. Custom scripts can also be used to build a show from scratch with full control over individual fixtures. Beat-synchronised autoloops work even with unanalyzed tracks and streaming services to keep any light show locked to the music.
