ADDAC815 Mixology brings creative routing chaos to Eurorack in just 10HP

The ADDAC815 Mixology is a dual effect chain router and feedbacker that packs unconventional routing possibilities into a compact Eurorack module.

Most modules are content doing one thing well, and the ADDAC815 Mixology is decidedly not most modules. Following the release of the Mixology pedal in December, Lisbon-based ADDAC System has translated the concept into Eurorack format with the ADDAC815 Mixology – a dual effect chain router and feedbacker that also functions as a 3×3 matrix mixer, all within a 10HP footprint.

Catch up on all the latest news here.

The module is built around two FX loops that let users route inputs into the dry signal or the opposite return, enabling parallel, series, or inverted FX ordering. Two feedback loops allow each FX return to feed back into its own send or the opposite one, opening up individual or series feedback configurations. It’s the kind of routing flexibility that encourages experimentation rather than predictable signal paths.

Control is handled via a dedicated FX Mix knob for crossfading between FX1 and FX2, and a Wet/Dry knob for blending the processed signal against the dry input. Two attenuverter knobs bring CV control over both the wet/dry mix and the FX1/FX2 crossfade, so those parameters can be modulated and automated rather than set-and-forget.

The feedback section is where the module earns its keep. Feeding a Return back into its own Send – especially with reverb or delay in the chain – can produce long, evolving spatial washes that take a straightforward dry signal somewhere far more complex. The results vary depending on which effects are in the loop and how they’re ordered, meaning the module rewards time spent exploring different configurations.

Live looping is another strong use case. Mixology gives users the option to record loops with or without effects applied, while still allowing the same effect chain to be placed after the recorded loop – a level of flexibility that’s genuinely useful in performance and studio settings alike.

For modular enthusiasts who want more creative control over how their effects interact, rather than just which effects they’re using, the ADDAC815 Mixology makes a compelling case.
