TC Electronic introduces their multi-format monitoring system, Clarity X, in a new MADI version, as well as a free software update and a completely revised license-based pricing structure.

Since it’s release earlier this year Clarity X has been well received in the pro audio community. Feedback from the market sought MADI connectivity, and TC Electronic is now launching it at the annual IBC show in Amsterdam.

On top of the connectivity modifications, TC Electronic has also changed the pricing structure to a license-based structure which will decrease the starting point price considerably. A number of the features will now be available as optional extra licenses.

Another of the requests from the market was support for 96kHz. This too has been taken care of by TC Electronic with a new free software that also includes multiple sweetspots, dose meter for headphones and SPL on headphones. It also includes improved speaker calibration process as well as improves SPL calculation.

This software update and MADI version will be available in October this year. For more information head to www.tcelectronic.com.
