Perth rockers Birds Of Tokyo have announced a national tour later in September in support of new single 'Good Lord'.
The Good Lord tour promises to be Birds of Tokyo's first string of national dates since the release of 2016's Brace, taking the group to major cities across Australia throughout September before wrapping up in Sydney on the 21st.
The announcement comes after the continuing success of 'Good Lord,' the recent tearjerker of a tune from the band detailing the collapse of frontman Ian Kenny's marriage. If recent comments are anything to go by, it seems the band have a couple more tearjerkers in the pipeline ready to fire off prior to the tour as well. Given that Kenny is also set to hit the road in June with Karnivool, it's fair to assume the frontman has been hard at work over the past three years.
