Tasks Include:

  • Oversees mailroom activities including receipt, sorting and distribution of incoming mail/packages/boxes as well as the preparation and sending of outgoing mail/packages/boxes on timely manner.
  • Streamlining processes and procedures to ensure the most efficient and effective delivery of service, and suggest improvements required.
  • Manage the car park, including bookings and sending out appropriate communication for visitor parks.
  • Responsible for making sure that building and services meet the needs of the business
  • Coordinating all maintenance issues and schedules with external contractors and Facility Intern.
  • Managing WH&S issues to ensure best practice and the business is providing a safe & healthy working environment.
  • Manage the day to day coordination of business services and supplies.
  • Supervise Facility Intern to ensure all assigned tasks have been completed on daily basis.
  • Supervise and manage Universal’s Front Office area/ receptionist to ensure high level and professional service is provided to clients, visitors and internal stakeholders.  Contact HR for temporary support where needed.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to Receptionist when required.
