LABEL & MARKETING COORDINATOR – ETCETC MUSIC (Sydney)

Based in Sydney, this role would see the lucky applicant – maybe you? – assume responsibility for coordinating the label and take charge of marketing, acting as a pivotal member of the etcetc team. 

 

Skills / Experience Required:​

  • Demonstrated experience operating within a similar field 

  • An in depth knowledge of current international and domestic new music and trends 

  • Project management skills, including the ability to manage many projects simultaneously 

  • Ability to work to multiple production deadlines 

  • Advanced skills in office administration

Skills / Experience Required:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in public relations with strong media and industry contacts. a passion for music and the creative industries and a fundamental interest in developing careers and long-term strategies for an exceptional client base.

  • An interest in project management on a global level and have a strong knowledge and interest of media outlets both locally and internationally to assist in developing and expanding the domestic and international media database.

Tasks / Responsibilities include:

This person will also work with our digital team to put together effective digital marketing campaigns with a focus on impeccable creative.

  • Managing and advancing Positive Feedback’s brand and creative database, developing relationships with local and international brands across tech, lifestyle, art, fashion, music (and more) as well as PR agencies to coordinate gifting and campaign opportunities for our client list.  This person is confident in negotiating paid opportunities for clients and comfortable liaising between management and the brand.

  • Assisting with the expansion and development of relationships with overseas titles and media outlets, creating new and authentic homes for artist content and finding unique ways to showcase and position our roster in the global marketplace.

  • Facilitating paid campaigns for our roster across social media, modeling for brands, music licensing and other collaborations.  Exploring opportunities with brands for group projects, creating a community within the Positive Feedback roster and creating engaging, widely shared content for brands and our clients.
