Jack White teams up with CopperSound for the über-cool Third Man Triplegraph Digital Octave pedal

Dubbed the Third Man Triplegraph, the new collaboration sees White envision the ultimate pedal for pitch-shifting chaos, combining a DSP Blackfin Processor with three vintage telegraph keys to make for one of the most unique effects 2020 has thrown at us so far.

The left and right key triggers of the Triplegraph control the unit’s up and down octave sounds respectively, while the middle key can function as a kill-switch or an auxiliary loop for clever effects stacking via the send/return jacks.

A Loctave toggle switch also lets you choose whether the telegraph keys function as latching or momentary switches, making the Triplegraph quite a formidable force for dishing out stabs of sheer noise upon your audience without warning.

Given Jack White’s noted affinity for pitch-shifters over the span of his career with The White Stripes, The Raconteurs and his own solo endeavours, it should only make sense for him to delve further into the design of such units, and we reckon it looks and sounds amazing.
