Uspto.report is claiming that ‘UAD Spark’ has been trademarked as downloadable computer software among a raft of other categories so the above would fit the bill.
That said, there could also be scope for branching out into the content creation sphere with a kitschy name like ‘Spark’, much like their Volt series of affordable digital audio products.
Their recent microphone announcements further solidifies their push into such a market despite the price.
Whatever is going to be launched will be revealed March 30, your guess is as good as ours at this point!
