Radio King: Vintage Warmth, Modern Precision
The first Radio King outfit in decades stays true to its legendary DNA with USA-built 3-ply shells featuring mahogany-poplar-mahogany construction. Expect punchy attack with buttery feel, delivered through authentic 30° rounded bearing edges and reinforced with steam-bent maple re-rings. Twelve shell pack configurations offer bass drums from 18″ to 24″ and toms spanning 10″ to 18″, available in White Marine Pearl, Black Diamond Pearl wraps, plus Black & Gold and Blue & Silver lacquers.
Studio King: Five-Ply Powerhouse
Drawing inspiration from the workhorse drums of the ’70s studio era, Studio King delivers focused attack through 5-ply maple-poplar construction. Taiwan-built by trusted partners, these heritage-influenced shells feature signature 30° bearing edges and “Stick Chopper” hoops. Eight configurations cover 18″ to 22″ bass drums with 10″ to 16″ toms, finished in Del Norte Black, Lunar Blue, Ventura Sand, or Royal Crimson high-gloss lacquers.
High-profile endorsees are already singing their praises, with Grammy winner John ‘JR’ Robinson, Eric Hernandez (Bruno Mars), and Sarah Jones (Harry Styles) joining the revived Slingerland family. The company’s also launched comprehensive spare parts for both vintage restoration and modern maintenance.
