The browser-based platform gives IT and AV teams remote monitoring and control of Sennheiser devices from anywhere in the world.

Managing AV equipment across multiple venues has just become considerably easier. Sennheiser has launched DeviceHub, a cloud-based platform that centralises control and monitoring of their devices through a secure, browser-accessible interface.

Following its initial announcement at InfoComm US in June 2025, DeviceHub is now publicly available in beta after extensive internal testing and a private beta phase. The platform launches with support for TeamConnect Bar Solutions, with compatibility rolling out to additional Sennheiser devices throughout 2026.

DeviceHub addresses a common pain point for anyone managing AV systems across multiple locations. Rather than dealing with separate interfaces or being tied to a single computer, teams can now access real-time monitoring, diagnostics, and alerts from any browser. This means potential issues can be spotted and resolved before they derail a recording session, a live stream, or critical meeting.

Iain Horrocks, Product Marketing Manager for Software & Security at Sennheiser, positions the platform as a significant advancement. “By bringing secure, cloud-based control to the entire ecosystem, we’re giving IT and AV teams the tools they need to work more efficiently, collaborate more effectively, and support better learning and meeting experiences,” he explains.

The platform organises devices by room, building, campus, or region, mirroring how spaces actually exist in the real world. For facilities managers overseeing everything from a handful of studios to global installations, this structure provides clarity at scale. Role-based access ensures different team members see only what’s relevant to their responsibilities, whether they’re technicians, administrators, or integrators.

DeviceHub focuses on security, built on Microsoft Azure, a platform recognised by IT security standards for authentication, authorisation, encryption, and data handling. Ongoing compliance oversight ensures it meets the requirements of enterprise and education environments where data protection is paramount.

Early feedback from beta users has been positive. Guillaume Amaurin, AV Specialist at Sainte-Justine Hospital in Quebec, notes that “a single configuration is enough to onboard a new device, making the onboarding process fast and frictionless.” His colleague Alain Lamontagne adds that compared to their previous setup, “DeviceHub represents a major gain in both time and flexibility.”

A streamlined Local Web UI also supports efficient single-device setup through a browser, reducing software dependencies during installation. Sennheiser plans to continue developing the platform with new capabilities for monitoring, configuration, and collaboration across its ecosystem.
