Behringer’s PRO-1 is an incredibly faithful replication of Dave Smith’s original design, which was made popular via the likes of Depeche Mode, New Order and The Prodigy, with three simultaneous ocsillator shapes, two envelope generators, a classic four-pole filter, modulation matrix and a powerful LFO. There’s also a 64 note dual sequencer and three pattern arpeggiator to send this thing straight into dank industrial territory, while 16-voice poly chaining lets you hook up multiple modules for a fat, creamy polyphonic sound.
Check out how the PRO-1 sounds below. We can’t wait to get our mitts all over this thing!
