The valve driven pre-amplifier pedal shapes the bass guitar’s clean signal, while also offering a foot-switchable 12AX7 valve powered overdrive. The drive level control allows the user to dial in the amount of overdrive desired, while the ‘showtime’ control activates a preset EQ curve.
The Origin also features a 5-band EQ, and the rear panel has a post EQ/drive DI output. A ground lift on the front panel reduces the amount of unwanted noise when connecting two signals.
