Each of the new G style models feature Englund’s preferred Duncan Solar humbuckers, as well as push/pull switching between series and parallel wiring and the standard spear-point reversed headstock and glow-in-the-dark Solar inlays and fretboard markers.
Check out the specific models below. It’s oretty cool to see three different tonewoods used on each guitar – definitely proves Ola isn’t mucking around with these models.
Solar Guitars GC1.6T-FAB – this one boasts a solid mahogany body with a flame maple top and a mahogany neck with an ebony fretboard. There’s also a Tonepros Tune-o-matic bridge, cream binding around the body and headstock and prestigious gold hardware. with a Flame Amber Burst finish to top it all off.
Solar Guitars GC1.6C – with an alder body and a very cool Carbon Black Matte finish, this one also has a mahogany/ebony neck combination for a killer tone. However, you’ll find an EverTune bridge adorning this bad boy at the heel of the body- deeeee-luxe.
Solar Guitars GC2.6TB – last, but certainly not least, the GC2.6TB features a swamp ash body, with a one-ply black binding around the body and headstock and a Tune-o-Matic bridge. This one’s decked out in a Trans Black Matte finish, so if you’ve ever wanted an axe that resembles the Batmobile, look no further.
