In addition to all the standard Viper and Eclipse body shapes we’ve come to expect from ESP/LTD, the brand are also relaunching their awesome Phoenix model, a guitar reminiscent of a Gibson Firebird. Available in Vintage White or See-Thru Black Cherry, the LTD Deluxe Phoenix-1000 will be available in two pickup configurations: the White model will feature a Seymour Duncan Phat Cat single coil pickup in the neck and a coil-splitable Seymour Duncan Custom Humbucker in the bridge, while the Black model will feature two Fishman Fluence pickup for high-gain modern metal tones.
There’s also the LTD Viper-1000, available in See-Thru Purple Sunburst and Tiger Sunburst, while the EC-1000 features three new finishes: Blue Natural Fade, Violet Andromeda and a Black Natural Burst finish for the EC-1000T, with all models featuring either EMG or Seymour Duncan pickups.
ESP/LTD have also debuted the M-1000HT and M-1007H models, which feature burled poplar tops and Black Natural Fade finishes for a sleek, very noir appearance. Both guitars feature neck-thru-body builds with alder bodies and extra-thin U-shaped maple necks, while Fishman Fluence Modern Humbuckers provide the goods on these geets. There’s also a new Black Metal M-series for those who like things gritty and dark, including the Baritone LTD M-7HT, with Seymour Duncan Blackened Black Winter pickups.
