Diezel introduce new VHX amplifier head

Featuring five 12AX7 preamp tubes and a power amp section with four KT77’s, the 100 watt Diezel KHX definitely looks like it’ll be up the alley of a lot of players. There’s four programmable channels, with an effects loop per channel, as well as an XLR output with impulse response, MIDI in and thru, USB and Bluettooth connectivity and 64 impulse responses to get flexible with your tones.

In terms of parameters, it all looks like it’s stock standard amp material: there’s Gain, a Master volume and a three-band EQ with switches for Deep, Presence and Mid Cut. The effects section also comprises of reverb, phaser, flanger, compressor, delay, pitch shifting, tremolo, wah-wah, a graphic EQ and a noise gate. In short, there’s plenty on offer, and if you’ve got the coin to spend, this definitely looks like a pretty formidable digital/analogue hybrid to keep you occupied.
