Proceeds for the custom pink plaid early 2000s Fender precision bass will go to The Trevor Project, a charity that provides crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ+ young people, and Mark is adding $5,000 on top.
“We call this plaid bass Groundskeeper Willie. I wrote a great deal of the bass riffs for the untitled album on this bass. It has the sticker of the unicorn on there and the pink Famous Stars and Straps keychain that has been on here for the past decade and a half,” Hoppus said of the guitar.
An additional 80 pieces of personal gear will also be on sale on the shop including a Blue Microphones Vacuum Tube Condenser microphone, a pair of Avalon U5 Ultra Direct pre-amps, an Ampeg SVT Classic amp, a 1972 Fender Precision bass guitar and more.
