The track serves as an ode to the band’s hometown Detroit. As they explain, “When we wrote the song we wanted to tell a story about the area of the world we live in.” The result is a series of scenes that capture the local, urban Detroit experience: abandoned lots, cooking rIbs, skating, shooting hoops and traversing across the inner-city landscape.
Since their 2013 debut album, Full Blast Fucker, Wilson has hit harder and cut deeper with live sets alongside Five Finger Death Punch, Halestorm and Nothing More to Motörhead.
