It’s fair to say that Doritos were never designed to chug away on a rock solid 4-string. Chip after chip, they break under the duress of Davie’s strumming. This isn’t to say that he fails. There’s still some smooth harmonics on offer here, and his Sire V7 Marcus Miller brings to the fore a rich and punchy tone.
