In creating the video U.S. Girls worked with artist and animator Emily Pelstring, whose hand-drawn animations, coupled with some experimental footage of Meg singing, produce a wonderfully slanted and mesmeric sequenced of vision.
Locked in to play an enthralling, sun-bleached Saturday afternoon set at Golden Plains Festival, U.S. Girls has also lined up a run of shows along the East Coast for their debut Australian tour. One of which will be a support slot for Sleater-Kinney – not too bad at all!
