The Holy Soul have garnered a lot of well deserved attention since their incarnation way back in ’01, cementing their reputation as one of Sydney’s most versatile rock outfits. Since their ’04 debut EP Love Has Left The City Limits, the band has attainted international attention, supporting grunge legends Mudhoney and Japanese krautrocker Damo Suzuki.
After four years of inactivity since returning from their second European tour in 2011, The Holy Soul went back to the grindstone, crafting and recording Fortean Times. The LP, which features 12 tracks, has been engineered and produced by the super talented Gareth Liddiard of The Drones.
Fortean Times will be released on November 27 via Damn You records.
