Tame Impala, Khruangbin, Erykah Badu and more to perform 24-hour radio festival

In a smorgasbord of music frivolity, punters will be gifted with radio and live video streams, exclusive premieres and other cool stuff such as guided meditations and explorations into video game music.

Now to the names. Well the lineup speaks for itself, welcoming the likes of Tame Impala, Khruangbin, Erykah Badu, Skrillex, Weyes Blood, Yves Tumor, Four Tet, JPEGMAFIA, Jorja Smith and so many more. Heck, even Jonah Hill will be making an appearance.

Alongside music performances from the aforementioned names, there will also be talks with some of music and culture’s most influential photographers, videographers and poets – think Kahlil Joseph, Klein, Wolfgang Tillmans and James Massiah.

Broadcasted by London’s NTS Radio and sponsored by Jameson Whiskey, the 24-hour broadcast will raise money for The Global Foodbanking Network, with listeners encouraged to donate to the cause as they tune in. Find out more about Remote Utopias at the NTS Radio website.

It all kicks off at 9am London time on Saturday May 2, which is 6pm EST. This article was originally published by Beat Magazine.
