PALMS ANNOUNCE NEW ALBUM

PALMS ONLINE.jpg

They once again recorded with best bud Owen Penglis (Royal Headache, Straight Arrows, The Grates), and after hearing singles ‘Bad Apple’ and the thumping ‘Beatdown’, there is no doubt he’s got every last ounce of energy out of the thrash-happy four-piece.

The album’s cover art says it all: a photograph of an eclectic clothes rack propped up outside a central coast op-shop, and a colourful cardboard sign in the background that reads ‘Crazy Rack’. There is always a touch of humour and good times to be had with PALMS, but the band’s inspiration also comes from the mundane and the everyday, and that’s why they hit the nail on the head when it comes to likeable, summer suburban tunes.

They are currently in the midst of a national tour, with more dates to be announced following the release of Crazy Rack.
