The unearthed remix, which has been considered as a cult favourite among OutKast and Rage Against The Machine fans since being released as a radio exclusive single in the 2000s, is set to appear on OutKast’s 20th anniversary digital reissue of Stankonia, which arrives to streaming this Friday.
While de la Rocha himself doesn’t show up to lay down a verse on the ‘B.O.B’ remix, his rework of the drum ‘n bass-inspired track certainly takes André 3000 and Big Boi’s original and shakes it up to the nines, adding walls of distorted guitars and wails to transport OutKast straight into the world of Rage Against The Machine.

Recently, Zack de la Rocha teamed up with Run The Jewels to lay down a guest verse on their acclaimed album RTJ4. The legendary frontman is also set to embark on tour with Rage Against The Machine next year, after the band’s reunion tour plans were thrown into disarray by COVID-19.
