Graveyard’s past albums have simultaneously offered the listener emotional depth, a multi-layered, chaotic sound with dark and disturbing undertones. The band honours rock history in a very unique and somewhat peculiar way. For instance, in their latest and very well-received release Lights Out, you can find traces of blues, psychedelic rock, jazz, kraut rock and 80’s pop.
Recorded in the infamous Atlantis Studio in Stockholm, Innocence & Decadence has been described by Graveyard as ‘[quite] like life in general, it depends on what you choose to see and hear- but to sum things up you could say that [the album] is built on thousands of layers of love, fury and being alive’.
