The album is said to cover musical ground from throughout her 30 year career, including the time spent with the ARIA-award winning Goanna, and previous four solo albums.
More recently, Howard launched her own stage show at the 2016 National Celtic Festival in Portalington, Victoria, and was a top eight finalist on Season 5 of The Voice.
