The National suprised fans this week releasing a brand new track. Titled ‘Sunshine on my Back’, the b-side is a previously unreleased track from their latest album Trouble Will Find Me. Featuring guest vocals from Sharon Van Etten, the track comes free with every rental or purchase of their documentary ‘Mistaken For Strangers’. 

 

Tame Impala are quick to follow up the release of their last epic single ‘Let It Happen’ with the premiere of their second single ‘Cause I’m A Man’. The track is a lot shorter (approximately half) then the first single, but is just as epic, proving that their forthcoming LP Currents shaping as one of the most anticipated releases of 2015.

 

 

UK electronic lads Hot Chip have released a brand new single, which features on their soon to be released studio album Why Make Sense? Titled ‘Need You Now’, the track is quite cool yet emotional, and is accompanied by a fantastic clip. 

 

 

Conor Oberst’s punk band Desaparecidos have just announced the release date of their first album in over 13 years. Titled Payola, the album will be released on June 23 via Epitaph. The band unveiled their latest track ‘City on the Hill’ earlier this week, which features Cursive‘s Tim Kasher. 

 

 

Between The Buried And Me released a brand new track titled ‘Memory Palace’. Featuring on their soon to be released LP Coma Ecliptic, the track is classic progressive and groovy BTBAM. Coma Ecliptic will be released on July 7 via Metal Blade Records
