‘Honeycomb’ kicks off in a mix of thrash and hard rock, offering a welcome 12 minutes of Deafheaven’s signature styles to fans who have been waiting to hear new material from the band since 2015. The song is accompanied by a video featuring footage of Deafheaven working on the track in studio.
The band are rumoured to be releasing a new album later this year as the follow-up to 2015’s New Bermuda, but until then, Deafheaven fans have this song to enjoy as the anticipation builds.
