Both models feature recessed Gotoh double-locking tremolo systems—the GE1996T on the six-string and GE1996T-7 on the seven-string—that provide the tuning stability essential for technical riffs, aggressive playing styles and extended techniques.

Direct-mount DiMarzio pickups designed exclusively for Broderick (the CB6 for the six-string and CB7 for the seven-string) deliver the articulation, output and clarity required for complex passages where note definition can easily become lost in the mix.
