Aclam Guitars pays tribute to The White Album era with limited edition pedals

Aclam Go Rocky Go White Album Edition
Words by Mixdown

The Vox Conqueror-inspired circuit stays exactly as it was, now with a minimalist finish and individual numbering.

Aclam Guitars has released a White Album Edition of its Go Rocky Go pedal, individually numbered and capped at 68 units worldwide as a nod to 1968, the year the Beatles released the record.

Catch up on all the latest news here.

Based in Barcelona, Aclam builds boutique pedals and pedalboards drawn from the records that shaped music history, pairing that vintage reference with engineering aimed at modern players. The original Go Rocky Go pedal is described as ‘The White Album amp in a box’, and a faithful recreation of their much-loved Vox Conqueror – the amp that the pedal was built to capture, and one of the reasons it became a favourite in Aclam’s line.

The new finish takes its cues from the minimalist look of the White Album, but nothing changes on the inside. All electronics and tone match the original exactly, and the tribute lives entirely in the artwork and the numbering. Each pedal carries its own serial number and ships with a matching numbered certificate, along with a soft enamel pin and an Aclam White Edition sticker. Buyers choose their serial before purchase, and once a number is taken it can’t be picked again. Aclam hasn’t ruled out bringing the finish back down the track, though only this first run of 68 will ever come individually numbered.

The White Album Edition is available now.
