Interested shredders can order a Limited Edition TWAuTec 'Last Chance To Save The Tote' pedal now.

TWAuTec is a boutique pedal builder from Naarm/Melbourne. With a penchant for unique, experimental sounds in their hand built enclosures, TWAuTec have put together the Last Chance To Save The Tote pedal in a bid to help raise money for The Last Chance Rock n’ Roll Bar’s Pozible campaign to save The Tote from developers and preserve it as a music venue forever.

The Tote is a staple live music venue in Collingwood, a home for just about every genre under the sun. While it’s currently for sale, the owners of The Last Chance have launched a campaign to help save The Tote, putting the building into a trust to prevent it being bought, sold or lost in the future.

“Between 2017 and 2019 I was there once a week… sometimes playing there twice a week.” says Tom of TWAuTec, speaking to The Tote has a home for music and creatives. “I’m not associated with The Last Chance or their Pozible campaign, I just want to give those who have already donated an incentive to donate just a tiny bit more… to prove good things can happen.”

And why wouldn’t you buy a pedal to help a community in need? Lord knows some of us need to start justifying our endless gear purchases.

TWAuTec’s builds inspire many of the grungier, grittier sounds that have been played in the Tote over the years, and the Last Chance To Save The Tote pedal is no exception. Featuring typical Tone and Volume controls, the Last Chance To Save The Tote pedal also has positive and negative feedback controls, as opposed to traditional Gain. The Last Chance To Save The Tote pedal also features oscillation and waveform controls for the more experimental amongst us. Profits from the orders of pedals go towards the Pozible campaign to save The Tote.

You can order your Limited Edition pedal by contacting Tom at TWAuTec at [email protected]

Orders close on Friday 05th May, 2023 before the deadline of the Pozible campaign.
