What are the main brands and musical products do you specialise in?
We specialise in Collings acoustic and electric guitars, mandolins and ukuleles as well as Lowden guitars, Ome and Goldtone Banjos and specialist classical guitars including handmade and luthier built Australian guitars. We also specialise in boutique and handmade effect pedals, Matchless amplification, folk and bluegrass instruments.
Are there any services you offer in store for musicians?
We have an in-house luthier whose busy workload includes servicing, refretting, refinishing and major restoration work. Our school has qualified instructors who teach all styles of guitar as well as bass, ukulele and also a banjo specialist. We conduct workshops and seminars, the most recent being a bottleneck slide workshop and an acoustic guitar clinic where attendees learned about tone woods and the build process involved in acoustic guitars.

What is your point of difference:
Our online store, exclusive brands, product range, personal customer service and no pressure sales environment separate us from the rest. On top of that, we’re very proud of our guitar repair and service department, workshops and school.
