HeadRush's full-range cabs reproduce modelled tones without the colour of a traditional guitar amp, for rehearsal, recording and the stage.
HeadRush has built a pair of amp-style cabinets for players who’ve moved their sound into modelling pedals and want a real box to run it through. The FRFR CAB Series comes in two sizes, the compact FRFR-8 CAB and the louder FRFR-12 CAB, both designed to amplify a modelled tone accurately rather than colour it the way a traditional guitar amp would.

Full-range, flat-response cabs reproduce whatever you feed them without adding their own character, which is the point when the tone is already shaped inside a pedal, amp profile, third-party IR or Neural Amp Modeler capture. Both cabs use a custom low-frequency woofer with a 1-inch compression driver and a wide 90-degree conical horn, for even coverage that lets those tones translate in the room. A 3-band Baxandall EQ with a variable high-cut filter handles quick adjustments for a new room or stage, without touching the sound built into the pedal.
Connections run to a combo XLR/TRS line input for a modelling pedal, profiler or digital processor, and an XLR line output that feeds a PA or links a second cab. Running two of them gives you a stereo rig from a pedal’s stereo outs, and Bluetooth 5.3 streams backing tracks or a band mix through the cabinet.
The FRFR-8 is the portable one, built for home, recording, rehearsals and smaller rooms, while the FRFR-12 steps up to a 12-inch driver and more headroom for louder stages.
